Organic veggie starts are here for you to begin your spring herb and veggie gardens!! Beautiful, colorful annual flowers have arrived in abundance !! We also have Non-GMO veggie, herb and flower seeds! Come visit!
Fall Plants are in!!
Fall is our second garden season! Bastrop Gardens has new shipments weekly of great annuals and perennials.
SALVIAS of many varieties, plus other wonderful natives like Mexican Bush Sage, Bat Face and David Verity Culphea and Blue Plumbago, with other arriving weekly.
The Pick your own Farm is fully planted now. We have planted both White Icicle and Scarlet Globe Radishes, Red Russian and Siberian Kales, Osaka Purple and Southern Mustards, Purple Top and Rutabaga Turnips Veronica Romanesco, Snow Crown and Cheddar Cauliflowers, Pacman Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts. We also planted from see Broccoli Raab, Mesclun Mix and a Gourmet blend of Salad mix.We will be able to harvest these veggies throughout the winter months. The "Pick Your Own" garden is open the same hours as the garden center. Monday-Saturday,9am to 5pm. We also participate at the Bastrop 1832 Farmers Market Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. We do encourage you to bring out the family and allow them to pick their own veggies, visit the farm and meet the people involved in bringing food to the table!
Bastrop Gardens Organic Nursery and Farm
Bastrop Gardens is an organic garden center and nursery which also provides Bastrop County with sprinkler system design, installation, repairs, and backflow inspections. The garden center also has a pick-your-own organic vegetable farm offering seasonal produce, providing living food for our community.
